Welcome to my collection of sculpture
These
figures are modelled from life. My hope is that I have conveyed
the emotion behind the pose, be it the model's spirit of energy,
sensuality, repose or reflection.
I
work closely with my models, who bring with them a uniquely feminine
perspective and who actively participate in shaping the
poses, rather than being passively uninvolved in the composition
of the image. This involvement helps to enhance the sense of
naturalness and physicality of the finished piece for me and I hope
that it will for you also.
Every
part of the process is handcrafted, from the initial wax sculpture to
the final patination of the bronze. Each piece is therefore individual
and unique and comes complete with a certificate of provenance.
